Welcome to IREM Nebraska Chapter No. 12                                    

Serving real estate professionals who manage all property types, we have been an integral force in the Nebraska area since 1945.  We are dedicated to delivering leading-edge networking and educational offerings for every stage of your career, evolving with you to provide lifelong professional development opportunities.

IREM Nebraska Chapter 12 service members in the entire state, mostly in the Omaha and Lincoln areas.  The Chapter has over 100 members managing multi-family, office, retail and industrial properties.  The Chapter also supports the community through several service/fundraiser projects each year.  These include a Food Drive, collecting stuffed animals for Project Harmony, and a Charity Golf Event for Nebraska Special Olympics.
