For those with some site management experience, this two-day, intermediate-level course teaches you how to develop a first-rate property maintenance program and manage various types of risk.  Learn the specifics of planning, implementing, and monitoring cost- and time-efficient property maintenance operations and boost your property’s performance.  In addition, this course will address risk-related topics such as insurance, life safety programs, and emergency/disaster plans to help you create a risk management program that will help protect your property and its occupants.

Commercial Lease Seminar (#0345)
Approved by the Nebraska Real Estate Commission for three (3) hours of intermediate credit toward salesperson and broker continuing education.
This seminar is designed to discuss key legal issues that may arise in lease negotiations.  The goal of this seminar is to familiarize the participants with the legal issues that commonly arise in lease negotiations and discuss the possible solutions to these issues.

Take your existing fiscal analysis skills and get ready to think strategically. This applications-based course explores the theories of performance analysis covered in ASM603and ASM604in greater detail and complexity – asking students to apply that knowledge to different investment scenarios. This course uses in-depth discussion and hands-on applications to teach students how to maximize the income, value, holding period, and disposition of assets.
